Taking Finance at a less Prestigious School...?

<p>I am currently a Community College student in Washington St. and am looking to transfer after Summer Quarter. I am an ambitious and hard-working student who is wants to go into finance/economics (finance preferably). </p>

<p>I will have about a 3.4 GPA when I finish the Summer Quarter with my AA in Arts and Science. I have excellent EC's being the Treasurer of our CKI club with tons of volunteer work, ect. I also plan on running for Office President and doing various other EC's by the end of Summer.</p>

<p>With that said... im not sure if I could get into a Pretigious college.</p>

<p>IS IT A BAD IDEA FOR ME TO GET INTO FINANCE (Job Opportunity Wise)?????</p>

<p>I could get into the U of W, but I would love to move elsewhere. Possibly California, NY, ect. in the future...</p>
