So I'm considering taking Geometry online this summer. I'm currently in Algebra 1 in the 9th grade and want to get ahead so I can take AP Calculus/Calculus by Senior year. Does anybody have experience taking Geometry online? Any suggestions for online summer schools? I'd like to complete the course over 2-3 months so the program has to be something that I can do in my own time.

I tried doing that last summer and it didn’t work out because the American Academy was very disorganized. Don’t use it! Just a forewarning.

I took Algebra 2 on FLVS and was satisfied.

You can try asking if your local district has an online program offering the course. Usually FLVS is the one most people seem to like but they charge fees for out of state students. Local programs for online courses usually offer the same basic courses (ex. geometry) without any charges. Makes it somewhat easier if you ever want to take multiple classes online.
