taking more than 1 test?

i'm planning on taking 2 tests in june (physics and lit), but i don't know if it's a good idea. i know you can take up to 3, but is it easy to lose momentum and focus or get preoccupied with screwing up one test and failing the next one too? for those of you who have taken more than 1 at a time before, any inputs?

I just took 3 the other day (US, Chem, Math 2), and I felt fine. Albeit, I think I crapped up the chem because I had to use the bathroom, but it's not as bad as one would think. If you're one to focus, I say go for it.

The only problem with taking multiple exams is if you mess up one, you can't cancel it without sacrificing your other scores.

I also took 3 yesterday and it was fine. You don't lose momentum at all, especially if you're well prepared. Plus you usually have a nice 10 min break.

I took three (US history, bio, Spanish) yesterday and felt fine. In addition, I hadn't slept in over 24 hours (had to study), and I think I did all right.

We got a five-minute break between the first and second, and a one-minute stretch between the second and third. Though the breaks at my school seem to be shorter than others (during the SAT, we got short five minute breaks, whereas other schools seem to have gotten 10- or 15-minute breaks).

Well the SAT I is like 3.5 hours long anyway, so no matter what you're going to have to learn endurance for standardized tests. I had no problem with the endurance thing; the only reason I hesitate to take 3 tests in one day is balancing the preparation. Last year I did chem and math on the same day, and since my math score wasn't abysmal I only worked on chem. Becuase of my imbalance in preparation, I wound up with a good chem score and a math score that needs to be retaken. So be sure to balance your studying; other than that 2 tests is definately managable.

I took 2..it was ok. but i was feeling sick that day anyway so..

No need to worry, taking more than 1 test is completely normal.

i took two on saturday. it was ok, except for physics, which was an unusually hard test. actually, i think it might be slightly better if you take the subject you are less familiar with first, because there will always be some loss of concentration due to fatigue. but for me, i took ush first and then physics (which i was not very prepared for-i crammed it all only for two days beforethe test) and, yes, i felt that i wasnt able to concentrate as well on it as the us history test

if we take more than one test, are we allowed to choose the order we take them?

most times yes, you can choose your order. i have heard of proctors requiring math tests to be taken first, but i dont really know. for saturday, i chose my order chem(toughest), ush(totally prepared), and ended with lit (game time decision to even take it, lol).

i dont think taking three is a bad thing, but at the beginning of the lit test all i could think of was WHY DID I DO THIS...I COULD BE HOME RIGHT NOW. so i mean, as long as you're prepared, its not bad at all. and if you're really prepared it may just be fun!! hhaha, YEA RIGHT.
