I'm currently in a community college and will transfer to a UC next year. I'm taking a non-transferable geometry class as a prereq for calculus. I'm taking two other classes currently and would prefer to focus on those because they are transferable and do calculate into my GPA. This is the only class I will ever take for CR/NC simply for the fact that I see no incentive to go the extra mile and get an A in a class that won't even calculate into my GPA. Moreover, I have two other very demanding classes that I need to focus on more.

Anyway, my question is how CR/NC is viewed by grad schools (specifically MBA schools)? Are they counted simply as CR/NC and not calculated into my GPA, or is it seen as a C or Fail? I'm asking specifically about most MBA schools in general and not just a few select ones that not many people have heard of. Thanks.
