Taking on too much?

As of right now, I'm taking mostly regular courses in school. I'm a sophomore in a mildly competetive public school in Northwestern New Jersey. Do you think that a switch from mostly regular courses to honors/AP courses would be too much?

Right now, my schedule looks like this:

Biology
Video Graphics
American Literature
Geometry
Computer Science
Spanish II Honors
US History I Honors

Next year, it would be something like this:

Honors Chem
Precalculus
Algebra II with Trig Honors
English/Classical Lit Honors
US History AP
Spanish III Honors
Advanced Creative Writing

And by senior year:

AP Chem
AP Bio
AP Calculus
AP Comparative Government
AP English Lit
AP Spanish
College Level Anthropology

Would this be too big a switch?

AP classes from my point of view aren't that HARD, per se, if you're smart but rather take a lot of work and busywork that is meaningless but nevertheless takes time to do simply because you can only type so quickly. If you built up to that type of workload you'd probably already have the study habits developed but it's questionable as to whether you'd have them senior year. And your AP classes senior year aren't the joke ones either. Depending on the school, AP Chem and AP Bio seem to deemed the most difficult out of the bunch so taking them in the same year, while loading up on other AP courses, while applying to college, without much experience at that sort of workload will definetly take some adjusting to but it's ultimately up to you whether you think you'll have the habits to accomplish it. One question though: What is your motivation behind this?

I think you're planned schedule for next year looks reasonable. So I'd try that out and then judge things from there.

Motivation? I just want to get the best education my school offers. The reason I want to do AP Chem and Bio at the same time is that while I want to take AP Chem, AP Bio is only available senior year, and I'm very interested. Besides, I'm interested in a lot as it is, and I guess I'm trying to find a niche. Eng. Lit. is also something that I'm going to like a lot, I think.

If anything I'd switch your senior and sophomore years even though it's impossible, because do you really think that if/when you find your niche you're going to want to take six other APs rather than pursuing it independently?

Well, hopefully by then, maybe I'll have found it and switch some things around. But I like everything as of now; and I want everything to be as hard as possible.
