Taking online AP classes look bad?

Hello,

I am a rising senior and I am taking two online AP Classes which is during school hours and in the library instead of a traditional classroom. They are though an online program called APEX Learning.

First semester : APEX AP Psychology
Second semester: APEX AP Government & Politics

Do higher end schools look down or frown upon online classes? These classes are available in school, but they are not AP. If I wanted to take these courses AP (which i really did), this would be the only option.

For reference, some schools I am applying to are : NYU, BU, UCLA, UCB, UVA, Northwesten, and schools similar.
Thanks!

No.

My counselor says that online vs traditional classrooms do not matter on the transcript, but only what grade you get. Most transcripts do not show that it was done online or in the classroom anyway.

No.
