Taking PE Classes to boost GPA?

Even though PE classes are only 1 unit, they transfer to UC so if you take one every semester this could substantially have an impact on your GPA. Or do they take it out when they calculate your gpa like in HS

I didn’t know PE classes are graded on the ABCDF scale. I think at least at my cc it’s pass or fail. (So it doesn’t have an impact on your grade.)

At my cc I was told they only count 4 units of PE courses and since they are worth less I dont think they have THAT much of an impact on your GPA

I reckon so. The GPA-impact is based on units.

almost all non science and math courses at a cc are guaranteed As… plus u only need to attend class for a couple times for midterms and the final… Plus it will have a bigger impact on raising your GPA with less effort.

yeah i figure if you take 1 pe class on top of your regular load, even though its 1 unit, it still has a small impact. If you take 1 per semester maybe it will add up to a 5 unit class, not bad.

Just take different sociology classes. Easy stuff.
