Taking Physics B, self-study Physics C?

I'm going to be a junior and I am scheduled for AP Calc BC and Physics B. I am taking the exam for both, and was wondering if self studying for AP Physics C was feasible. The college I want to go gives more credit for Physics C than Physics B. Also, do most people take both ap physics c exams? What should I do?

I only took Physics B, primarily because I my school doesn’t offer it as a class and I hadn’t taken Calc yet. My physics teacher last year told me that he would rather teach physics C because the amount of material covered is way less. While physics C covers a wide variety of topics, C covers less but more in depth and using calculus. He showed me the rubrics for B and C, and showed me that we had already finished most of the things necessary for C at the end of first semester of B, except for the calculus things of course. You should be able to do it, but that shouldn’t be counted as a definitive answer.
