<p>Well, personal relationship… hm. You decide if that’s necessary. All interviews aren’t necessarily the same, so I’ll just give you some tips that may help you answer your question:
- You should really get comfortable with the interviewer. If you feel like you can’t tell stories or jokes or things like that to the interviewer, I doubt he/she will know you as well (and of course, his/her goal is to find out more about you and your personality).
- To evade getting questioned a lot, you can leave your answers to your interviewer’s first few questions in little cliffhangery segments, if you know what I mean. Like, make it more like a conversation by you explaining yourself. It’s time to know about you, not the interviewer. So talk while you have the chance! It’s a time to show off, and don’t be afraid to!!! Well, don’t sound conceited and obnoxious. But show that you do stuff! Show that you are hard to get! Well… okay I think I’m being over the top now.</p>
