So, I took SAT twice, one if JUNE 2009 and another in October 2009. I've studied a bit during 3 months... but I recieved the same score for October 2009, which is 1710... My GPA is 3.57, top 17%, looking for my admission ticket to
The University of Texas at Austin as Engineering/Natural Science, and
Texas A&M at College Station as Engineering/Natural Science as well.
Believe or not, I had a football game the night earlier to the October 2009 SAT, had 4 hours of sleep, but felt okay in the morning.
Should I retake SAT in December? Or shoulid I just apply with SAT:1710 and GPA 3.57?
What are my chances of getting accepted to any of those colleges?
I thought I'd get around 1800~1900 in Oct. SAT... now I'm freaking out! HELP!!

You should definitely re-take it. A lot of colleges super-score, meaning they take the highest scores in each section to give you the highest composite score (higher than any individual testing date’s) Chances are you’ll get an 1800 if you focus your energies on the section you’ve previously done poorly in.
