taking SATII in november?

I understand that almost all really good colleges start their deadlines for early applications in november. what are my chances that I will get rejected before my november SAT II scores come out?

If it's plausible, then can I hold back my old SAT scores until the new ones come out? Because my test scores in june and may (which I just took today) won't be satisfactory. (clarify: took SATIIs this morning; taking SAT I in june; going to get pwned)

I think I aced the math II but chem pwned me. I omitted the bottom 6 questions because of time restriction.

You misunderstand which scores you can send to colleges.
1] If you request ANY scores be sent to colleges, the Collegeboard will send ALL your scores, regardless of when you take them.
2] If you are applying early to colleges, you need to have all your tests taken by Oct, not Nov. Do NOT wait until Nov to send your scores to colleges, as they start processing applications after the EA/Ed deadline Nov 1. In addition, the STRONGEST students are the ones who most often get the early "nod" at competative colleges that have Early admission, so if your earlier scores don't put your in the top 25% of students accepted this year for a particular college, you may want to reconsider where and when you are planning on applying early.
3] EA/ED decisions come out in mid Dec.
4] You can cancel your scores for today's test, if you want to and act fast. But you can't cancel just one-all would be cancelled.

If you take the SAT IIs in October, they'll be ready in time for EA/ED- I ended up taking 3 exams on the October testing day. I agree with MPM on all points, though.

If you are worried about the SAT IIs, maybe you could try taking the ACT with Writing? Most colleges will take the ACT with Writing as a substitute for the SAT IIs. Also, if you plan on applying EA/ED, make sure the colleges receive your scores before November. Many of the EA/ED deadlines are around November 1 or November 15.

If you're planning on applying EA/ED, the safest option is to finish all your testing by October, as those scores will be ready before the November deadline. That said, take a look at the admissions website of the school(s) you want to apply early to; some will accept November scores for consideration.

do colleges consider earlier scores that are worse than your best score? If I take SATII chem again, would they look at my newer, better score, or both.

From what I have been told by a college admissions officer, they will look at your higher scores.
