<p>Is is a bad thing to take my SAT's during the fall of my senior year? Will my results come out before January 1st?</p>

<p>Your results come about 3-4 weeks after the testing date, so October/November test scores definitely come before January 1.</p>
<p>For early action or early decision, some colleges require test completion by the Oct test and the rest Nov test: for regular admission, the last test is Dec or Jan, depending on college.</p>
