Taking Spanish Pass/Fail for GPA

Hey guys, currently I'm a Sophomore and this is just wondering:

Last year I took no APs (my school doesn't offer APs for Freshman) but there are 2 people in my grade, good friends of mine, who book took AP Calc AB.

One took 1 AP, and then 5 other classes, for a GPA of 4.16.
The other took 1 AP, 4, other classes, and he went to the office to make his Spanish Class PASS/FAIL, so his GPA is essentially 4.2.

So they're number 1 and 2 (our school shows us our class rank every semester) and I'm tied with like 30 kids for #3 (the others who just got 4.0's)

So now this year, there are 6 kids taking 4 AP Classes, 2 of which are the ones who took AP Calc last year. Now, both of them are taking Orchestra and 5 APs next year, and I plan on taking 6, so assuming we all get all As, that means that I will get a 4.665 (0 AP Fresh, 4 Soph, 6 Junior, and then 6 Senior).

The one who did Spanish Pass-Fail will get 4.6725 and the one who didn't do Pass fail will get 4.6625. Which would put me at #2 (sandwitched between the 2 who did Calc last year).

BUT, if I decide to take Spanish this year for pass/fail, then I'll get a GPA of 4.700. Which would put me at #1.

Is it worth it to go and get my Spanish Class pass/fail? I know this all sounds ridiculous but this is important to me.

Thanks if you actually read all that
