Taking the Problem Solving Seminar?

Hey, everyone. I’m a recent Pratt admit and I was wondering whether or not I should take the Problem Solving Seminar. I plan on double majoring in math, but I’ve never been exposed to olympiad math. I just recently learned that the AMC/AIME/USAMO/IMO/Putnam exists (I found out about them on this website a few months ago), and I’ve never had the chance to participate in any of them. I love tackling complex problems, but I don’t know if I have the experience necessary to succeed in the class. I’ve taken up to Differential Equations in high school, and I can solve a few of the AIME questions (although I haven’t actually studied for the AIME or anything). My main goal for my first semester is to remain as stress-free as possible while also maintaining a rigorous courseload. A few questions: how is the course graded, is it a particularly stressful course, and do all of the kids taking the class come from years of math olympiad training? Any feedback is appreciated
