Taking the SAT for the 7th time and I really want some improvements

Hey guys, haven't been on here for a while. But i just realized that my coming SAT is next saturday. This basically means i have about 4 days to get in shape. My last SAT score was 2100 and my Superscore is 2160 (WR:720, CR:670, M:770). I have two practice SATs that i haven't solved before. I think ill go ahead and practice them. I also have direct hits 200 words + 200 words. Is there anything else i can do to at least hit the 2200s ? I think i have a chance to improve writing. I dont know why i never score on it well though :/

Is this seriously your 7th time taking them?

I would be studying my wrong answers from the prior tests, if you are able to see your old tests.

Given that your last score was a 2100 and that your superscore after 6 times is a 2160, I would say that you have basically reached your “level”. No harm in taking the exam again though.

I thought my third time was one too many; can’t even imagine 7th. Agree with floridadad.

Do you mean 7 practice tests?

It’s my understanding that some schools look unfavorably upon taking the test more than 3 times. What school do you need this score for?

He’s Egyptian, and so am I. In Egypt, it’s okay here to take the SAT as many times as you want (12 times in total), since English is not the first language here, so it’s really challenging to get a high score in English from only the first or second trial. The average score range of reading is 300-350 in Egypt, a bit higher for writing.

So yeah, it’s okay to take it 12 times in Egypt, colleges overlook it.

lol 7 times… Maybe you can put it down as an EC.

hahahaha^

7 times for international…i guess so.

@sheepgotkilled hahahahahahahahahaha

Haha, i did actually take it 7 times. Its fine, because in Egypt it’s normal for people to take them 12 times if they want to. Anyways, I’m still not sure what to do. Practice doesnt really make much of a difference as i’ve noticed in the previous tests.
