A 710 places people out of 3 writing classes at multiple top-tier universities.

does anyone know the exact scoring guide for the english exam?

im having so much trouble with rhetorical analysis essays. any tips???

62.5/ (number of MC questions) * multiple choice raw score...add that to (3.055556 * combined FR)

and what is what for a 5 , 4, and a 3?

Diction-Imagery-Tone-Syntax..! How does the author utilize these rhetorical devices to convey her attitude.. her point.. what she FEELS.

lol.

yeah if you can write DITS you're in good shape for a 7 or 8.

BTW a 112+ = 5......

is it 55 MC in 1 hour and 2 esssays and a synthesis?
how long for FR?

I just came back from school after taking the AP Lang exam.

I cant discuss about it but all I can say is that the MC is easier than I thought. and.......... yeah......... good luck.

I hope you're right; I'm terrible at the MC.

easiest test ever.

Agreed, as long as you knew your vocab (pretty basic vocab, nothing like practice exams I took), the multiple choice was easier than the SAT.

I didn't study at all, I've never taken AP English, and I got a 5. Easiest test ever. You'll do fine.

Yeah, although my English teacher is really hard.
