Talked to staff at UCLA admission office, want to share some info :D

So I went to the UCLA admission office today and asked the staff there:
Me: Could you please tell me if it is true that those who can see their finaid status on ursa are actually admitted?
Lady: Well please do not believe in anything on the website. That's just some data and not official yet. (of course, I supposed she wouldn't say "yes" about the theory)
Me: If I can't see my finaid status, does it mean that I am rejected?
Lady: No. We are still working on it. Everything is not done yet. We have many applicants this year.
Me: So when will the decisions be released?
Lady: All the decisions will be released NEXT WEEK.
Me: as early as next Monday?
Lady: No but within next week. Just keep checking our decision site.

Anyway, I do not 100% believe in what she said. She has her position. It's still possible that decisions will be out tomorrow, but it's true that they all look so busy. I even saw several staff walked in and out the office with a lottt of documents. Just wanna share this with you guys. Good luck ! :D

well, is the lady pretty? if yes, then believe her

i was imagining susan boyle while reading this

all the ladies at UCLA are hot (beside the old ones that arn’t MILFS) …the question is was she an 8 or a 9?

morethansunshine: LMAO :D

i hope its tomorrow :(

^^conn…how do you make the green smiley

i can only do sad and happy :):(

whatever
we will see tomorrow

Now I am very worried. I guess this fin aid theory is false. she says thats just some data and not official. dam it sucks

they are supposed to say that. if she said tomorrow, and by a .1% chance they werent able to release them, then she would be blamed for it. so yeah.

She didnt say it’s false. Anyhow I believe she wouldn’t say the finaid theory is right. As a UCLA staff she has to keep all these things as confidential as possible.

yes, peppamintt, that’s what I thought.

if its not tomorrow i will s*** the nation’s debt

well here’s the thing, if decisions would be out tomorrow don’t you think myucla should be up for those who will get admitted what about the 2 columns? they should upload them then in the morning tomorrow am I right?

chesser, don’t worry, the theory is 100% 图热

I called the Admissions Office today as well. I was told that they update the site every day after 5 pm and to start checking in the evenings. That information alone may allow some people to relax a little during the day without signing into the admissions site every other hour. Also, that all decisions are available at the same time.

It is hard not to stress about when they will actually be out but there isn’t anything we can do now that will change their decisions; just hope for the best.

oh chesser… we are not ucla people… we wont know the answer to ur questions…

what is 图热 ?

"if decisions would be out tomorrow don’t you think myucla should be up for those who will get admitted "

Where is this information coming from? I would think ‘myucla’ would be available the same time the decisions are up.

UCLA is never going to release transfer admission decisions. Ever. Prepare for the worst gold-and-blueballs of your life.

What’s wrong with ucla this year!
