Howdy!
I am currently studying General Engineering at A&M, and my interests lie between two really close majors. I was wondering if any current Computer Engineering (EE track) or Electronic Systems Engineering Technology majors could tell me why or why I should not pick one over the other? I do realize the decision heavily lies on what I desire to do, although I wish I could find any Pros and Cons on the two majors. Thank you guys!
@CurrentFTABco22 If you enjoy design and theory then choose EE. If you enjoy application of design and theory in real world situations I would chose Engineering Technology. This is an oversimplification but you can find youtube videos and articles discussing the the differences in Engineering and Engineering Technology majors. Pick the one that fits your personality and natural inclinations the best. And go talk to advisors in both departments. That is what they are there for.
