I have been admitted to both TAMU and UT, but I can't decide between the two. I grew up an Aggie, and I love the school, but I went to the UT Honors Colloquium over the summer and really enjoyed it. The way I've broken it down, UT has better housing and a more diverse student body (and it's not quite so conservative), while A&M is safer and has great traditions. I plan to major in International Studies at either college, so I was wondering if any of you have any thoughts or input on anything I've just said. Also, if you could tell me anything about the International Studies programs at either school, that would be great (think quality of professors, class sizes, etc.).

TAMU is better for engineering, but UT would be a better choice for international relations, especially if you got into UT’s Honors.
Is there a different in cost for your family?
