Tap/pre-req question for ucla

<p>Hello Everyone,</p>

<p>I am trying to transfer to UCLA for Fall 2014 under International Development Studies or Global Studies (Have not decided yet). I will be applying under TAP as well. However, my problem is that on assist.org for GS or IDS, it says that you need to:</p>

<p>"Complete through the 4th semester ***of any modern foreign language"</p>

<p>By Spring of 2014, I will have only completed 3 semesters of foreign language (Spanish if that helps since you only need up to Spanish 5 for IDS at UCLA). But, I will have:
Tap: Done
Pre-Reqs: Done (Except for 4th semester Spanish)
IGETC: Done
G.P.A: Around 3.87-3.88 (when applying in the Fall)</p>

<p>Will not having that 4th semester Spanish affect my admission into UCLA?</p>

<p>I could be admitted into UCLA as my alternate major (Anthropology), but I rather not...

<p>No I cannot unfortunately! I only have Summer 2013, Fall 2013, and Spring 2014 left…</p>
