I have just recently found out that my school’s late policy is not quite what I thought it was, and, consequently, I have been unknowingly marked late for homeroom around 20 times so far this year. Additionally, it’s possible that my high school puts this attendance information on transcripts sent to colleges. Could this adversely affect my admissions chances? There’s about a week left until mid-years are released.

No. Most HS’s do not put attendance on the transcript. Regardless, colleges do not care.
