HAPPY B-DAY Iris!!! I'll sing you "Happy Birthday" right here in my living room for the special occasion :D

Nate, that's some fancy calculatin'.

Nate, I love the way you do math :).

And happy birthday Iris! showers iris with confetti and silly string

Happy BELATED Birthday Iris. Sheesh people get it right.

Corey, stop living in the present.

We just prefer to live in the past, OKAY?

Gosh.

Nate, you bring out the inner optimist in me. :D

Oh come on Corey, if you do some fancy calculating a la Nate with the whole time zones thing, and some theory of relativity things, and us living in the past things, then it works out to be her birthday. No belatedness. Because we're just awesome like that.

Will Wright pwns the world! XD

Hope you have/had a happy birthday Iris :D Haha I avoided the time zone dilemna altogether.

So on a completely unrelated topic, my so-called "honors" english class assigned us to write, produce and perform our versions of "The Great Gatsby: The Musical," which basically means acting goofy on stage singing old 90s hits like S Club 7 with slightly changed lyrics. :/ Why is my high school so weird.

Ahhh you all win.

The fastest way to kill Sims (actually, I've never had The Sims 2, so there might be a faster one) is to build a separate little house, and lure them inside. Press pause, fill it with wicker furniture, add a fireplace, and get rid of windows and doors. Then fast forward so you don't have to think about what a sicko you are. If you're trying to save the kid, I suggest you do this right after he/she leaves for school. Beware, though: (again, this may be different in 2) kids cannot make themselves a proper meal, they can only do snacks, so make sure you have lots of money for pizza, which is not as good as a meal but nonetheless more filling than the alternative.
And happy birthday!

For the record, I never actually enjoyed killing my Sims. I was very impersonal and assassin-like about it. I even occasionally felt regret. That's right, I mourn computer images.

Wow LindeeK that is seriously intense.

Would anyone be interested in reading my essays and offering me some insight into the questions they raise. I would be willing to do the same for anyone as well.

yeah i'll do that. pm me and we can trade. i need someone to tell me what my arguments are....because i sure don't know

Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone, you make my heart go fuzzy. <3

Aaaaah tomorrow heading home! I?m going to buy myself my jeweler?s tools as a birthday present. Then after only one day, back to the nunnery. (boarding school for all girls, lol)

Hmm.

I got college mail from St. John's College and it sounds almost like TASP...four years of it. Does anybody know if it's actually as...cool...as it sounds? Ha ha.

WHOA! 37 people!!

35/180... we have about 1/5 of the interview candidates on this thread. wow.

I got my official letter today. It was exciting to open it nonetheless (not that it wasn't less exciting than it would have been if I had waited). My interview is supposed to take place sometime in early-April (the weekend of the first, or the seventh and eighth). Anyone else having interviews in Seattle?

tako- i looked into it and it really does sound awesome! Just look on the st. johns part of this site i guess.
