If you got the application in the mail from TASP a) when did you get it and b) what was your PSAT score?

a) got it before December but that was because my college counselor contacted them
b) PSATs don't matter but I'm guessing average TASPers broke 2000

Who receives applications? Do all students who achieve above a certain PSAT score receive TASP applications? Is this an automatic thing?

My son got a 221 on his PSAT, and Im wondering if hell receive an application?

^maybe, I would download one.

The method by which you receive and application has zero impact on whether or not you get accepted. I would say the average TASPer has very high SAT scores (maybe not CC very high, but very very high), but that is just because they are smart people who have achieved a lot academically and intellectually. I had a 231 and got a brochure, but I'm sure that many got brochures with scores in the 220 area, and many didn't take the PSAT at all.
