<p>Well, some regions know it very well and others really don't. I've been on CC for a while and don't know what TASP is. Just ask an (friendly)educator and explain(throughly) what the program is about and what you need.</p>
<p>You don't need to be recommended to apply to TASP.</p>
<p>Just go on their website when the application gets released in December and DL it yourself.</p>
