<p>I just finished listening to the first single off the album (I barely found it came out today). I'm not quite sure what to think of it since I've only heard it once but it seems much better than anything they've put out in a while. The intro definitely reminds me of The Call of Ktulu. I don't know what to think of the lyrics...</p>
<p>yeah the typical way to make fun of a college kid is to attack his "indie" music that he/he started listening to in 1st year.</p>

<p>as for metallica's new album, i was fairly disappointed by the single they just released. the opening sounded good and the last 3 minutes was classic metallica, but weaker than what they used to do.. with the exception of "i disappear" and the covers from around 2000 i haven't seen anything good from metallica since black album.</p>
<p>i just started listening to it, i sued to be the biggest fan of theirs, but now there just in my top 10</p>
