<p>I simply went to the USNA site, Admissions, and pulled it up from the Medical Examinations step and a connecting link to the Adobe copy of the catalog, copied and pasted. Go figure.</p>
<p>I have a tattoo on my upper thigh, like really upper thigh. It’s so high up that you cannot see it unless I was stark naked, or wearing a speedo maybe. Should I just not say anything about it or what? Need some advice.</p>
<p>Dude, definitely say something, they’ll strip you to boxers for an examination every year and if they find out you lied, life will get worse. Chances are you’ll be fine and they won’t care if it’s that out of sight. If I remember right the admissions packet will ask for a photo so just knock that out when it comes.</p>
