Yale wants me to submit (for the NCM) a copy of my parents’ 2016 federal income tax returns using IDOC. However, Yale also provides a cover sheet and says to send this tax info “directly” to them. Does that mean by mail? Do I have to send the tax returns by mail, and then submit the IDOC? I’m extremely confused. Any help would be appreciated.
