Any impressions of Taylor from any alum or students ?

I am an alumni and my son is an admitted student for fall 2015. Serious education at Taylor, but very serious about student life and community/spiritual life. Professors very open and available to students. Small classes. It is a rural campus, so be prepared for that. Surrounded by cornfields and a very small town. But this aids to the sense of community at Taylor as you turn to your university for fun also. Check out Youtube videos for Silent Night, Taylothon, Melon and Gourd, Etc.

Thanks very much,

He is looking for something socially conservative as far as his Christian school pick. He is serious about his spiritual life but is looking for serious academics and some good classical liberal arts as well as creative community. He likes music, computer science, writing, film, economics, etc.

As he is homeschooled a 100 person student body would be a huge change for him so “surrounded by cornfields” doesn’t sound so bad.
