TCNJ--chances/what can I do to get in?

<p>I am a local NJ resident
*I go to one of the best public schools in the state, I'm a junior now.
*GPA is 3.3... I know kind of sucks
* My current SAT score is 1610, but I'm taking SATS in March and again in October Senior Year and hope to get my score up at minimum to 1700
* I have a wide range of extra curriculars and volunteer work
*Major in business</p>

<p>I'm still a junior and this is my dream college, and I want to do anything I can do to get in senior year,</p>

<p>i plan to make this college "early decision" in better chances of getting in.....</p>

<p>do you think I could get in and if you go there or were declined from that school what would you recommend to do???????</p>

<p>Not likely sorry to say. The average Sat scores there are between 1800-1900. Your GPA is also on the lower side, but you still have time to bring it up.</p>

<p>You might want to take ACT and see if that works better for you. Your chances for TCNJ are not good.</p>

<p>You have a chance. It would help you a lot if your senior grades are good and you raise you SAT score. </p>

<p>If you don’t get in, you can always transfer. I’ve heard of many cases where people attend CC for a year then transfer to TCNJ.</p>
