TCNJ transfer chance?

Hello! I am a undergraduate currently at a four year university but I want to transfer to TCNJ because I heard their special education majors are stellar (that, and i am not really feeling the college I chose). I plan on majoring in special education, along with English

In high school, I had a cumulative GPA of a 4.0. I’ve taken a total of five honors and four AP classes. Through those AP and honors, I’ve taken honors and AP English for all four years.
My extracurriculars:
-Member of the orchestra for all four years (was in the honors orchestra for two years)
-Part time choir member for concerts
-Member of my school’s drumming band (we performed in school and also in competitions)
-Member of the anti-bullying team/THRIVE (we promoted anti-bullying and also did various fundraising)
-French club (promoted French culture and also did fundraising by selling French crepes and other goods)
-Member of 3 honor societies (history, English, and music)

Currently, I am employed in a elementary school’s daycare program afterschool. I also plan on maintaining a 3.4-4.0 GPA at the current college I am in. I also plan on submitting my resume with my extracurriculars along with letters of recommendations when I apply

I am worried about my SAT, however, as I have a 1110 score as the highest. I was emailing one of the professors who work in TCNJ’s education department, and she mentioned that applicants must pass the basic skills requirement (a 610 for English, and a 580 for math). Meaning that I will have to retake my SAT.

Other than that, how are my chances?

First thing to look at is Transfer Admissions stats: 433/955 transfers were accepted. That isn’t too bad.

"The NJ Department of Education requires all students entering teacher preparation programs to present documentation demonstrating one of the following: 1) Score a 610 on the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section (or a 30 on the Reading section) AND score a 570 on the Math section of the SAT (can be “super-scored” between multiple tests); 2) ACT composite score of 23 or higher; or 3) passing scores on the Praxis Core basic skills exams for reading, writing, and math. Students must present this information before formally beginning their education field experiences (typically begun during the junior year). "

So you have options other than the SAT.
