Right now, I"m a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh, but I'm looking into possibly transferring to TCNJ. I'm from NJ, and I've found that I really don't like how far away I am from home. Are the schools comparable? I know Pitt is a bigger name, but otherwise, I'm wondering how they compare.

I know I just posted this about Drew as well, but I couldn't edit the other one.

TCNJ is NJ’s honors college. Academically they’re comparable. TCNJ is well known in NJ as well as in the NYS/PA area. You could always apply and see if you get in with sufficient aid.
But what do you dislike about Pitt? Wouldn’t you miss your family less as time goes on and you establish your base in Pittburgh? Could this be brought on by a little nostalgia at Xmas Break (happens to many freshmen).
