Tcnj?!

So... My SAT scores M/CR are 1370. 1960 overall and I applied for ED Bio. Currently my GPA is 98.2746 and I am number 10 in my school (10/460). I wrote an extremely moving (in my and a few other opinions) essay. My extracurriculars include: Math team, Key Club - a non profit charity organization (member of the month), Marching Band, peer leadership (which helps freshmen with their transition into high school), cross country, winter track, lacrosse, winter lacrosse, church band and all shore band. My awards: Atlantic Coast Champions (2008, 2009, 2010), Member of the month (Key Club) , Honor Roll (1st, 2nd, 3rd year awards), awarded church band solo. Leadership: American Legion Boys State, Clarinet Section Leader, peer leader and Math Team starter, JV Captain - Lacrosse. I take all AP and Honors classes and I get all A's or B's. I'm taking (this year) AP Calc and World History, but I'm taking the AP bio test in May along with the two others. ACT scores I got a 33 on my math... or does that not help me... 27 composite... Kinda bombed (by bombed I mean got average scores...) on the rest.

I am planning to take the SAT again in December to up my score or at least attempt.

What are my chances of getting in... would anyone have an idea? Also, I already submitted all my application items and I was wondering whether anyone knew when I would get my rejection or acceptance letter.

P.s. Im Asian... would that work for or against me?

Um, am I the only one who doesn’t know where you’re applying?

I’m guessing the College of New Jersey?

It says in the title… But yeah the college of new jersey

Well, your stats seem really good overall, though I have no idea how selective the college is. Sorry  from what I see on their website you seem ton stand a bit above the posted average too.

You’ll probably get in. You’re lucky they only look at M/CR lol so your SAT score is higher than their 1280 average. Being asian won’t hurt you. They have too many white people, although the bio department does have a lot of asians and indians  I still don’t think it’ll matter too much since your stats are still above average. If you’re worried about it, just don’t check the asian box.
