Those who were invited to join the TCU Honors College, what level of scholarship were you offered?

I think most got either Deans or Chancellors scholarships. I know both are very competitive, as the number of students applying to TCU has increased rapidly this year.

Daughter got intO honors college. Offered $42000. Should we ask for the next level up? If so, who do we ask? SAT 2140. ACT 32 GPA 4.0. EC. Sports, drama, leadership positions, LOTs of service hours. Advice? Thanks.

From what I have heard, once you are offered they will not raise the scholarship amount.

i got the faculty scholarship and was admitted into the honors college today. I know it is hard to get into, but does anyone know how prestigious the honors college at tcu really is?

From what I was told, the offer is to the top 4% of applicants. What I do not know is what exactly is factored into the 4%. I would assume it is more than just GPA or standardized tests.

From what I was told it’s the top 10% of entering freshmen that get invited into the Honors College. I just got my invitation a few days ago. And I’m on the Dean’s scholarships.

dennyths- what scholarship did your daughter get? Chancellors? Does this include financial aid as well?

I think they mean its the value of all four years?
