Tea anyone?

I have given up in coffee and have replaced it with nice hot tea in the morning and in the late afternoon. I noticed that ever since I switched, I have been feeling a lot better every day. I bet a lot have heard all the health benefits about tea, but what I find most interesting is that I can use tea now instead of the original tylenol that many take to relieve pain. When I get headaches, one cup of tea always makes it go away for some reason.

I know... random, just food for thought.

Anyone else drink tea? And what is your favorite?

Yeah, I drink tea, and I really don't have any favorites. I like regular tea, chamomile tea, and herbal tea. I don't drink it all the time, but I do drink it during the wintertime to keep me warm or when I need an energy boost that chocolate can't provide.

I drink the prepaged Dairymens Iced tea flavored with lemon. Its a good cheap drink to quench the thirst for the masses.

I drink alot of green Ice tea

Green tea is totally gross, like drinking seaweed to me, but to each his own.

yeah if you make it yourself, try the Liptons Bottled green Tea,

Its alot different

I drink coffee in the morning (need a jolt), and tea in the afternoon (won't totally mess up my sleeping patterns).

Tea seems a bit more relaxing than does coffee.

I like tea. I like pretty much any type of black tea. I think the best is Assam (I know I didn't spell that right) from India. Pu-erh is also pretty good. Green tea is also pretty good, but it's not strong enough in my opinion. Personally not a fan of the herbal teas.

I love black tea and lemon.

Tea is thoroughly awesome. I think my favorites are white tea, ginger tea, and peppermint...

i don't drink coffee or tea. water, orange juice, apple juice, and powerade is my form of hydration. and the occasional soda, which i'm trying to give up.

I hate tea. It just has a weird taste. I prefer coffee but only sweet coffee. I don't drink hot drinks in mornings though. I drink water (only at school) and coke and juice at home. I only drink coffee when I'm studying in the library or something.
But heaps of my friends who drink tea LOVES it.

Anyone here drink Sobe?

Oh yes. For bottled tea, I think that Sobe is really good.

I love sobe, but not the teas, just the juices.

I like black tea, though not too strong, as well as green tea and most herbal and fruit teas (even though they're not really tea). I've never been a fan of coffee...it smells very good, but it's just water, caffeine, and bitterness.

I love tea! Twinings Earl Grey is by far my favorite. I never used to like green tea, but I just got this stuff that has a mostly green tea with a little black tea and jasmine mixed in. That stuff is absolutely divine, and it is fast gaining ground on my Earl Grey. I take my tea with sugar, as I find it rather bitter otherwise. I can's stand bottled tea or iced tea, though. There is no feeling in the world quite like curling up with a good steaming cup of hot tea. I don't like coffee, though. I always avoid the coffee row in the grocery store because the smell seems terrible to me.

I drink tea everyday before I go to bed. I find it's relaxing when it needs to be but it also gives the slight caffeine boost that gets me through my hw before I sleep. At my house, we have a special mix of green tea, Darjeeling tea and Asaam (yeah, can't spell that) tea to give it a unique taste...

nothing beats cardamon tea and the spiced tea they make in Assam(I got it right!)

Does tea have caffeine?
