Jordanrose-- I interviewed the day before you and I’m still under review. Last name starts with J.

And on that note… Sandy has finally made landfall and will be hitting my town soon so I’m anticipating losing power. Maybe tomorrow I’ll have better luck with TF. Good luck everyone.

@ TKass87 & SCHopeful13 - Thanks guys  Did it say that under the notes column?

@advocateforlife No, it said it above that table.

@advocateforlife

Yeah under where is said the status was incomplete. It stated that i needed to reupload my Pell grant documentation because my name wasnt visible. When I uploaded, my status went back to Under Review

TF 10/18
Interview 10/19

Under Review :,(((

Last name R

Mine still says “under review” too. I’m no longer panicking about TF since only 3 more dayyssssss left! eeeeekkk!

Interview: 10/18
Applied for TF: 10/12
TF status: Complete as of 10/23

Hoping and praying that the next 3 days fly by and that we all hear good news!!! It’s been consuming my thoughts for the last week. Lol.

This thread has really taken off. Lots of newcomers. Very cool.

@TFACLE : I was going to say the same thing! You can tell it’s getting down to the wire because there have been so many posts.

Can’t believe it’s actually only a few days away! I’m sort of over all my nerves and I’m just ready for the decision… hoping for the best, but definitely expecting the worst just like everybody else… I think we should all be proud of ourselves that we actually made it to the final interview! There are definitely a lot of people out there that didn’t… so pat on the back for that!

Happy waiting, everyone! Haha :)

My last name starts with a D

Hello everyone, I figured I’d join the discussion too. I’m feeling entirely too impatient for my own liking!

I just got my email about the final interview survey tonight. Did anyone else get theirs this late, or not yet? Should I be concerned? I didn’t request TF (figured I’d wait until after I received the decision) so I don’t have anything else to overanalyze LOL.

I feel like everything went really well, but I know it’s a total crapshoot at this point. I honestly don’t feel certain it’s a yes or a no.

One thing I’m wondering is if you all got asked at the end of the one on one interview if you had anything else you wanted to say? In the moment I felt confident the interview was ending on a really positive note and I guess I kind of froze up/subconsciously wanted to end there and said no. Now I’m thinking of things I could have said and wondering if I didn’t seem proactive enough.

@marrythenight1 I got my survey early last week. I was asked if I had any questions at the end of the interview. She also asked if anything would prevent me from completing 2 years if I was selected. She also did alot of head nodding as if she was in agreement with me the entire interview day. So I’m optimistic besides I’m already in law school so I know that looks good as well.

I’m glad you’re optimistic luvya  I am and then I’m not and then I am, haha. I do wonder why I didn’t get my survey until today though. My interviewer also nodded in agreement a lot and at one point stopped me and said “wait a minute, what you just said was amazing, I want to get it quoted perfectly” so that was pretty reassuring. I said no, that nothing would make me fail to complete my commitment. And at the end when asked if I had any other questions or comments, I also said no… lol and that’s where I’m kind of kicking myself. It’s good to see I’m not the only one rethinking my answers though, with this time between the interview and notification I guess it’s hard to avoid.

Hope everyone in Sandy’s way is staying safe!

@marrythenight1 I was also asked if I had anything to say or any questions. That caught me off guard a little bit too because I wasn’t just prepared to talk freely and had already asked tons of questions haha. I think it gives you a chance to open up about anything you hadn’t already talked about - I wouldn’t read into that much.

It’s definitely hard to not go back in your mind and re-think the answers you had to every questions. Come on THURSDAY!

I just got my final survey as well even though my interview was on the second day. I didn’t apply for transitional funding either so this is also the only thing I can over evaluate. Did most people get theirs before tonight or just tonight?

Last name starts with Y. Still no TF update. I have to stop thinking about this. I’m psyching myself out!

I got my interview survey the very next day. (20th) I worry that maybe I’d been processed quickly because they decided I was out! Oh the things we tell ourselves!

Just out of curiosity, what kind of leadership positions did everyone hold? I was an executive officer of my fraternity.

I’ve been a summer camp counselor for the Boys & Girls Club, an intern at my school’s women’s center and free legal information center, a tutor at an elementary school, an RA, and a political science & writing tutor at my college.
