<p>I was a bit worried when I saw that I had to do a phone interview instead of going straight to the final interview. But since lots of people with phone interviews were accepted I’m not as worried.</p>

Yes, my status was first Under Review. I then received an email that I needed to submit more documents and at that point, it had turned to Incomplete. I uploaded the documents and a few days later it turned to Complete. A week later, it turned to Under Review again. Today (notification day) it turned back into complete.</p>
