Alright! Well I guess I’ll confirm this trend! Lol. I have yes/no next to all my documents and just resubmitted the last form. So by the trend I should get accepted (although still not having too much hope so I don’t disappoint myself!).

same here, i have N/A, Yes, Yes. But, my overall status is still under review. Does anyone have their status as complete there? Also, I could still unsubmit my preference form. Can yall do that as well?

I can unsubmit mine as well, but I am pretty sure everyone can do that, because we were all able to do that before our final interview took place. I’m so impatient already and we still have over a week to wait!

I can still unsubmit my assignment preference form.

I know TFA offices will be closed until New Years…I keep logging in everyday though hoping for a change in TF haha

What is your TF status now HIMYM?? Do you have yes/no next to your documents??

I have a yes next to them

and my TF did say complete before…and then it reverted back to under review with everyone else who had complete as well

Nice! Yeah, I’m a bit confused as well. Mine say yes or N/a next to them. But I had to resubmit a few forms, and now its Under Review. Do you have to just log in and kind of get lucky to see it as complete? Or does it stay that way for an extended amount of time and then suddenly switch back?

I have also noticed a trend with those whose documents are verified and acceptance. Maybe it isnt as good as a complete TF status, but why verify your documents if you werent accepted? It would seem a bit counterproductive. Just my own thoughts haha

I think notification day of the 1st and 2nd deadliners showed that people shouldn’t get to nervous about their TF status. Many people didn’t see changes until the actual day. So while it could be a sign of acceptance, I don’t think anyone should see it as a sign of rejection.

Just thought I’d put my two cents in regarding the TF status/ document verification…

I looked back on the other two deadlines and noticed that some people didn’t even have their documents verified until two days before (and a few on the day of) notification day. So, if your documents haven’t been verified yet, I wouldn’t worry to much about it yet
We will all know in ten short days!

When I click on the transitional funding status page, it says my status is Under Review. Underneath that it says “We have not yet reviewed your application or documents.” I haven’t been asked to resubmit any forms. It shows that all three of my forms have been verified. Oh, and I haven’t been checking to see if my status changed from Complete to Under Review.

It seems like our statuses are all pretty similar. Maybe this is just a standard practice?

My status is still under review, but none of my documents have even been verified, with the entire table still blank. I know statuses can change up until the day of, but do you all think this a bad sign? It seems that everyone else at least has “yes” next to their documents!

9 more days you guys! I remember when we had 5 weeks! I don’t know about you all but I will be so relieved when this application process is over with and we finally have some answers.

@sarabea126 I feel the exact same way!

Since I’m going into teaching regardless of the decision, I decided to buy some career clothing (since lots of stores are having sales right now). Shopping has definitely relieved some of my stress. :D

For those who got early acceptance - if we got the congratulations you’ve been accepted to teach in region XYZ letter, that means we’re in and will find out what subject and level we’ll be teaching on the 9th, right? They won’t wait list us or anything?

@ahm5732 - I think the post from Brielle134 sums it up nicely. If you’ve seen the changes then that’s a good sign, but the absence of changes at this point shouldn’t be a massive worry yet.

@spedteacher84 My letter specifically said I was accepted into the 2014 corps to teach in region XYZ. I don’t know for sure, but I am assuming if we were wait listed the letter would have said so and we would not have been assigned a region. My region contact told me I would find out what subject and grade level I would be teaching and about TF on the 9th. Were you able to speak with somebody from your region?

@TFAHopeful29 - That’s what I thought. Mine also said I was accepted and assigned to a region. That just suddenly popped into my head and I started wondering. I’ve emailed with the director of the South Louisiana region who answered some of my logistical questions and said someone would give me a call to answer any other questions after the New Year (and CC’d that person on his reply). Baltimore must be more on top of contacting their people as soon as they’re accepted? I’m just ready for January 9th to be here so I can find out my assignment, click accept, and start planning our move!

I was asked to resubmit paperwork and then I was told that my status would be shown as “Under Review” until notification day.

Is anyone else checking their TF status multiple times a day, now?? I can’t help but to keep checking. I can’t wait to find out…even if my status may take eight days to change!
