@spedteacher84 mine turned to complete yesterday.

Just got an email from my recruiter…don’t know how I’m going to make it to Thursday night…

This may be getting ahead of myself but it’s something I’m interested in knowing. Does anyone know anything about the hiring process if we are accepted into the corps? When does that happen/ where does in happen etc.?

@teachanddance12 I’ve heard of people being placed in schools before institute and I’ve heard of people being placed during institute. I think it varies. According to the ies study posted earlier on this thread, 100% of CMs were hired but 2% were hired only after the school year had started. (p.35)

My documents remain unverified, although I didn’t submit them until December 11.

sooooo close…

Soooo close.

…but, not close enough.

:/

In less than 40 hours we shall know our fate. Never ever lose hope. I keep telling myself this is not the end all be all by all means. Each one of us is amazing and I pray for each of you for the doors of opportunity to open. if it is meant to be it will happen. HAPPY WEDNESDAY!

a bit surreal we are little over a day out. i wish you all the best of luck tomorrow

We are within a day of finding out our fate. I just wanted to wish everyone good luck. I also wanted to say that you should all be proud of how far we have made it in our careers. I hope everyone gets good news tomorrow. Good luck!

Its been over one month since our final interview…just wow. Now its go time! Hopefully we see some TF changes early tomorrow morning! :)

I got a TF change to incomplete! Lol. Does that count?? It came with a long email explaining I need to submit before February 13th!!! Does that mean I’m in??? I just have to submit employment information.

Soooo close!

@andrewcycs
Very good sign! When reading the past applicants I read a few incompletes, all of which were accepted!

@andrewcycs I’m sure they’re not asking those whom they’ve rejected for extra paperwork at this stage in the game. I imagine they’re quite busy. Well done!

I’m starting to worry for myself now though. I read a post from last year’s thread. Someone who had all their paperwork verified got rejected. I hadn’t seen that in this year’s thread. Also, I haven’t seen my status change. I did get an email today, though. The subject was “Thank you for your application…” It ended up not being related to TFA at all.

I’m being rediculous and starting to freak out about the fact that my TF status still hasn’t changed back to Complete, even though I got early notification. Surely they would’t take it back…I won’t feel 100% okay until I can click the accept button…

Hey 3DL!

The time is coming! Good luck to all of you. Try to spend most of your time tomorrow doing something productive. I mean really productive. I went to dinner with my friends and couldn’t eat because I was so nervous about the decision haha. It didn’t help that we didn’t find out until around 8pm.

I didn’t apply for Transitional Funding at the time of my application and I don’t think that had any effect on the decision. It was definitely less stressful not having to see whether my TF status was complete or under review. However, I would definitely apply for TF later because you will have to pay for exams, etc.

I’ll repost this too:

Accepted/Rejected/Waitlisted:
Final Interview Date and Location:
Invited Directly to Final Interview/Phone Interview first?:
Applied for Transitional Funding? (Yes/No):
If yes, were your documents verified (i.e. did they have the words “YES” and/or “N/A” next to them?) (Yes/No):
Was your status ever listed as Incomplete? If yes, did it turn to under review or complete after?:
Did your TF Status change to Complete at any time? (if yes, list the date when the changes occurred):

and then I misspelled ridiculous.

I wouldn’t worry too much about TF change today. I think my TF changed because I specifically need to be placed somewhere, so even if I did get accepted they probably wanted to sort those people out first.
Today should be a stress free day. And I think @Serene1913 is right. Go to work, or the movies, or something to keep your mind off of it until it’s time to check. Though that is easier said than done.
But on that note, does anyone know what time the notifications will be posted?

I remember something saying some time after 6pm; however, on the tfa admissions blog it said that we should be notified some time after 8pm.
