I still have so many hours before bed. UGH. I was wondering for those that are verified, do you have one document that is grayed out? My fafsa is grayed out.
I just got an email from the interviewer, wishing me luck. That is all.
Good luck tomorrow, everyone! I hope we all get yeses!
No grayed out docs, but I didn’t submit a FAFSA. I am very nervous, and the more time that passes the less confident I get. I just want the news already.
Just Copy and Pasting for tomorrow
So, I’m going to put the template out, so we’re ready for tomorrow. Is there anything that anyone things we should add? Ranking next to region and grade level means how did YOU rank them, i.e. were they your highly preferred, least preferred, etc.
Accepted or Rejected:

Did your TF ever change to complete? If so, when:

Grade Level/Subject & ranking:
My private loan document (the last of the list) is gray, but it has been since the day I submitted.
Actually looking again, my tax return line is grayed out.
You lucky guys hearing from your interviewers! That’s so cool!.I could have used a good-luck wish from mine.
Okay, okay, I know, I know, as someone said before, “whatever” at this point, right? At least we don’t have long to wait – it only feels that way. Goodnight all, and maybe try to get some sleep, ha! Crossing fingers for us all!!!
I haven’t posted much in this thread, but I’ve followed along since pretty much the beginning. Thanks to whoever started it and to the rest of you - it has been nice knowing that others are going through the same thing as me!
Once again, good luck to everyone tomorrow!
I wouldn’t worry about not getting an email from an interviewer/recruiter. My recruiter emailed but assured us (everyone in my area–I assume from the format of the email) that recruiters don’t have any advance info about decisions!
Good luck everyone!
That’s reassuring. And yes, good luck to all!
Thank goodness for a busy day, I haven’t had time to stress much lol… But, this may sound weird, but I’ll miss coming to this thread conversing with you all after tomorrow! I wish nothing but the best for you. Whether in or out, don’t stop going towards your dreams. Although I have an inkling I will not be accepted, I think I’m at peace. After my dream about being accepted to the D.C. corp, I was so excited. Then yesterday, a job posting was forwarded to me regarding a policy analyst position in D.C… My ultimate goal is to inform policy, in order to create change, definitely in the area of education. I thought that was ironic and quickly began the application process for it. So, if tomorrow doesn’t work out I have a strong feeling and knowing that my purpose will not be dead. There will be another opportunity for me to have an impact on system changes and our current economic disparities.
Same for you all too, Let’s keep our eyes and ears open for opportunities available. When done with a genuine heart, our purpose will be fulfilled; I believe you will do GREAT things despite what the outcome is tomorrow! I hope you are able to have a peaceful rest tonight, Namaste.
Alright everyone it’s D-Day (D for Decision). I’m wishing everyone the best of luck. And whether we get in or not, just know you gave it your all. You did the best you could, and there are other opportunities waiting for us. So cross your fingers, rub your lucky rabbit’s foot, keep your four leaf clover and your horseshoe close, because here we go!
@MoLoveMoGrowth I wrote my post before you posted, but that’s what I mean about other opportunities being available for us. One no doesn’t mean you stop. Best of luck to you in your Corps journey and if that doesn’t work, in your journey as an analyst!
@aprilmatt1113, I am glad that by this time tomorrow I will have a better idea of where my next year (or hopefully two) will take me. I am going to have to tie my hands so I don’t compulsively check my TF status.
@aprilmatt1113, Thank you, Same to you!!! Happy D-Day
@molovemogrowth, I hope that you are accepted in to the corps, but I think you will do well and find your place among educational reform, regardless.
I wake up around noon eastern time (6 am HST), so I hope I don’t have too long to wait. My other notifications have come through between 10 - 11 am, I think.
I got a good luck e-mail from my recruiter a couple of hours ago. It was very generic, however. It definitely was sent out to everyone in my area. I just had a cup of coffee and am getting so much work done tonight. If I can’t sleep might as well be productive.
Urgh I had to open today. So while i am pretty confident of my rejection, it is that much longer to wait lol
