<p>International student here and we don't really have a school counselor. Would it be possible for a teacher to do the school counselor form in addition to submitting a teacher recommendation or can they only do one?</p>
<p>Also, if I let them fill out the forms offline, will they have to fill out forms for all the different colleges or can they just fill it out once and photocopy it?
