One of my recommenders already submitted the recommendation, however, he told me that no evaluation was available for him to do. When he saw a pdf preview of his recommendation, the “academic ratings” had “no” as its answer. Now, he suggested that I remove him and readd him, but I read on the internet that a recommender can’t withdraw his recommendation after submission. Nonetheless, when I navigate to the recommenders section in the “my colleges” tab, a delete icon is available. So, what should I do to fix this problem?

I got some solution for my same problem. 1) delete this recommendation and reinvite your teacher but use his another email address 2) let you teacher submit the offline recommendation which is really trouble some 3)delete this teacher and find another teacher
I actually intended to do the first option but was waiting for a confirmation that it is a valid option, and apparently it is.
