teacher didn't seal envelope

i gave my teacher a large 9x12 envelope for the recommendations, and he gave it to me to mail and i saw that the envelope was not sealed NOR signed. He gave it to me the day before Christmas break so i had to just submit it by the deadline. whats gonna happen when they get a letter that is not sealed preofessionally?

Did you seal it?

I don’t think it’s such a big deal–as long as you didn’t forge the signature or anything. I’m sure people forget to sign the envelope all the time.

I’m not in admissions, but I would imagine that if you were a viable candidate and they were unsure of the validity of your rec’s they would contact the teacher.
