Teacher Didn't Upload Rec Letter?

<p>I asked one of my teachers to write me a recommendation letter a while ago. The deadline for all the colleges I've applied to has now passed and he still hasn't uploaded the letter. However, I already selected his name when I was filling out the school forms. I'm worried because the school forms section on the Common App has a part that says "Downloaded by College" and his rec obviously hasn't been downloaded yet. I plan to talk to him tomorrow about it but I'm worried that this will hurt my chances for colleges because my application is incomplete. What do I do?</p>

<p>I don’t think LORs are held to the same deadline as the student part of the application. This has been discussed on other threads recently and the consensus seemed to be remind the teacher and don’t worry if it’s a week or two (or in some cases much longer) late.</p>

<p>Thanks sadilly! I reminded my teacher today and he seemed to have completely forgotten about writing a letter -.- Hopefully it will be up within a week at the latest.</p>
