One of the teachers I’ve asked to write me a rec letter refuses to give me her email address and insists she wants to do it all on paper. Taught me English for two years and I was consistently at the top of her class, I know she was crazy about me so I don’t want to leave her letter out as far as possible.
But she won’t agree to upload it over the Common App and wants to mail it instead. I’ll give her the stamped envelopes and everything, but I’m assuming there’s more to the teacher evaluation than just the rec letter. Where do I find the pdf of this year’s teacher evaluation form?
