Is there a special form in common application? I just read on Brandies University that they have their own teacher evaluation form... I mean could everything related to recommendations be completed via commonapp? Because it would be much easier to have my teacher wrote it just once.
Anyway, every information about recommendations will be appreciated.

Brandies might indeed have its own teacher evaluation form- its website will be the best resource to tell you if that is a required form or the Common App form can be used. I took a quick look and it did not look like it had a mandatory form specific to Brandeis.
For teacher recommendations for your Common App, you input the teachers’ email address and the Common App form rec is sent to the teacher directly. You never see it if you have waived the right to see recs (you make the choice when you set up your Common App account). However, you do know if you check the school forms section of your Common App when teacher’s have uploaded the rec form. You then get to choose which recommendations are attached to an application on a per school basis. If A, B and C complete recs, then you can send A and B’s to College 1, and C’s to College 2, and A to College 3, etc (depending how many the school wants).

Thank you!
Also, tell me, please, when college says that I need to send two teacher recommendations, it means either via commonapp or written and send by regular mail?

Typically if the college accepts the Common App, then you use the Common App recommendation forms not separate letters. A college will indicate if you must use their own form and nowadays will typically have the form on their website for downloading.

And if they have their own form for downloading, how should this form be sent?
