My teacher evaluation form situation has been a mess at best:
For one of my schools, I submitted my regular decision app in late October. The teachers sent out their recommendations. However, both didn't send a CA Teacher Evaluation. Eventually one did, the other informed me he never did (although I emailed him the evaluation). So now I need to make him send that to the school. For another school, which isn't CA Affiliated, both sent the Evaluations for Early Action, I hear very very soon; however, one teacher lives far away now so she took it upon herself to fill out the form, but I don't see how she could have possibly had it (or the other Evaluation forms moreover) waived and signed by me. I was never notified that it wasn't signed off or anything by the college. But I haven't gotten my decision quite yet so I am still worried if they just didn't bother emailing me.
I am extremely worried about the former situation. Will it hurt that my teacher will send his evaluation form a month after his recommendation and everything else went in? What about the whole thing with the signing off of the forms? How much will colleges hold this issue against me???
I AM SO FRUSTRATED

From what I can gather teacher recs are less important than your application because all teacher recs will be good. After all, no one would ask a teacher who would give them a bad rec to write theirs.
Good Luck
