<p>Rice's app. states only 1 teacher evaluation is required. However, if you are having 2 teachers do recs for another college, should you go ahead and have them both sent to Rice? S was even thinking about having his band director write one since he knows him the longest and can attest to his character and leadership ( he's a field commander). Just need to know the best way to handle teacher recs to strengthen sons' application and chances and yet not annoy admissions reps.</p>
<p>There’s actually another thread about this very topic just a little ways down the forum. Basically, it’s fine to send in 2 or 3, but try not to send more than that, and don’t even send that many if it doesn’t add anything to the application. Good luck to your son!</p>
