<p>So, using the CommonApp... In the supplement, it has another slot for teacher reommendations, but no form to fill out. Do I need to do anything beyond the basic letters of recommendation on the commonapp, ie, extra paper forms?</p>

<p>Sorry to bump this up again, but I want to submit the app! Maybe I need to clarify my question - in the supplement, it says </p>
<p>“This application includes two Teacher Evaluation forms. After completing your portion of the forms, you should give them to teachers in different academic subjects who know you well, and preferably have taught you during your final two years of school. As a courtesy to your teachers, you might provide them with stamped envelopes addressed to Harvard Admissions.”</p>
<p>Are these two forms the commonapp Rec forms that were completed online? Or are they new, different forms?</p>
