<p>So, this is probably not the smartest question and has most likely been answered (I perused the board a little bit and couldn't find anything, or I didn't look hard enough).</p>

<p>On the Supplemental Information section it has two blank slots for Teacher Evaluations; do I fill in these slots with the names of the teachers who I had submit their applications online via commonapp or are these two slots for additional letters of recommendation? And if they aren't for additional letters of recommendation; do I just send my additional letter via snail mail to the admissions office with commonapp number?</p>

<p>They are the teachers who submitted via-common app. I haven’t looked at their supplement, but I don’t think Harvard asks for additional letters.</p>
