Teacher / GC recommendation for homeschooled students (In other words, no naviance)

Hi, to introduce myself, I finished my 9th and 10th grade academic years in Korea and finished my 11th grade year in the States. I am currently homeschooling back in Korea.

So yeah, I have the transcripts / school reports / teacher recommendation and all those stuff for my 9-11th grade years. However, since I am currently homeschooled, I do not have a naviance account, which makes registering Guidance counselor / teahcer recommendations more difficult in Common apps.

I've navigated common app and I am currently filling out applications for 4 schools of my interest, when I've noticed a confusion-arousing system of registering recommendations / evaluation.

It seems like I have to register a counselor / teachers who will upload the documents for each schools. In other words, I have to register my GC / Teachers 4 times via email if I want to apply to 4 schools via Common app, which would be very tedious for my GC and teachers.

Among my (Dashboard) / (My colleges) / (Common App) / (College search) sections shown at my homescreen of Common App, it seems like the only way to register the documents is going to (Dashboard) - (clicking a University) - (go to the Recommenders and FERPA section) - (register GC / Teahcers via email.)

If I were to do this, I would have to do the same process 4 times for 4 different schools, which seems weird.

Is there a way to register my GC / Teachers only once on Common App?

Thank you for reading this and thanks so much for your sincere replies. (:

no, you invite the recommenders once. You then assign them to the different schools. Once you add a recommender, when you go to add recommenders to another school, you have the option to add from those already listed elsewhere in your app, or invite a new one.

Thanks G! Very helpful instructions (:
